About this map

South Asia is made up of eight countries, which are also the members of SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation): Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. India is the largest of them by area and population, and it is the only one that shares a border with most of the others.
