There are seven continents: Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe and Australia/Oceania. There are five oceans: Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, Southern and Arctic. Asia is the largest continent by both area and population. The Pacific is the largest ocean.
